After signing up for your complimentary call, you will receive a short assessment form. This helps me get to know you better, guides our call, and gives me the information I need to build a plan specific to your needs.
After our call, I’ll be putting together your plan. Once I send over your welcome kit and plan, you’ll have everything you need to get started right away. There will be no guesswork on what you need to do, just follow along until our weekly check-in.

Do I need a gym to do your training programs?
Yes, a full gym will be needed to complete my current programs. As long as you have access to the basic equipment, you will be able to successfully complete any of my programs.
I’ve never tracked macros before, is that okay?
Before we work together, it is best to have a general idea of the food an quantities you currently eat, but if you don’t we will work together to figure out a good starting place. This typically takes a few weeks of trial and error, but it's not a reason to hold you up on making progress towards your goals.
I have my own workout program that I follow, can I just sign up for lifestyle and nutrition coaching from you?
Yes, if you are interested in only doing lifestyle and nutrition coaching with me, I offer that as an option as well. Please reach out to me for more info and pricing.
I’m new to working out and fitness, is it too early to start a program with you?
No, now is the best time to start! I have specific programs for beginners, or you can work directly with me one-on-one to get custom programming and coaching.
What will I need I get coaching from you?
You’ll need access to a gym, scale, measuring cups and spoons, food scale, measuring tape, and self discipline to follow your plan everyday :)
Can I still work with my trainer and be coached by you?
Some clients enjoy the autonomy of working out on their own without a trainer, but still want the guidance of a program to get results. If that is not the case for you, you're more than welcome to have your trainer take you through your training program.
