My Story

Since an early age I fell into the passion of health and fitness. I was determined and had a growth mindset from a very young age. Pushing myself to the limits by competing in IFBB/NPCBikini Competitions, Triathlons, and other races tested my physical and mental limits.

Today, I’m an expert in health and nutrition. After my university studies and working in the fitness industry, personal training and life coaching seemed like a natural progression. I felt such a strong drive to help others that it has become my mission to help others achieve their health and fitness goals.
